I just checked by filling a cart of my own and those discounts still appear.
I do not believe they are removed.
Maybe you simply accepted the promo (selected bonus items) which would not stack with cart discounts -- it is either cart discounts or promo bonus, not both (if you prefer cart discounts, there is a step whereas you may decline the promo).

For the tracking number sometimes it takes them 3 days. It was also Thanksgiving. In my experience they have always sent it.
