Long time with no update but once again this is because no major updates to report
For week 3 I was going away for a few days on Wednesday and I had to take the dose on that day instead of Thursday. 6 and 8 days between doses should still be fine, and since I plan to take this long term, it's good to get used to life interferences and understand them sooner rather than later. No major difference to be reported on the effect because of this, so all good
So far the drug still works as usual and the 3rd week so far has felt just like the 2nd week in terms of strength. Glycemic control is amazing and can be felt in so many things in my life, makes me think I might have been pre-diabetic before taking this lol. Still struggling with the idea of serving myself meal sizes that I will actually be able to eat but of course I can always just stick what I don't eat in the fridge. It actually feels better to have a direct, physical indicator of how much my appetite has been suppressed. This Thursday begins week 4 of semaglutide and I'm still not 100% sure if I'll up the dose or stick to .25 mg.
The slowing down of bowel movements has been an experience given that I'm used to sitting on the porcelain throne at least 2x a day, and as previously reported I have more gas coming out both ways. Since I've picked up zyns again I've also noticed that I have to be careful to put one in my mouth hours after I eat lest I get some nasty heartburn, which is something that previously would only happen if I ate a lot, but I guess now the bar for what "eating a lot" is has been lowered. Zyns + synephrine is still an amazing combo to curb appetite and I've begun deploying it to shatter appetite in the afternoon, as I felt some discomfort when eating dinner and going straight to bed once. Probably better for me to not be going to bed with my stomach full anyways, lots of nasty stuff associated with doing that to begin with.
