Knee caps are swollen, tight, and presumably inflamed from heavy squats. Does anyone know if BPC, TB, or other peptides can help heal this? Thanks

I had some kind of knee tendon issues. I play NYC handball, which involves lots of lunging and squatting. End of a session I could feel the tendons at the top of my knees throbbing, getting up and sitting down was getting painful and only worsening.
Got a couple cases of BPC 157 & TB 500 separately from QSC.
Subq pinned 1mg/day bpc-157 for 4-5 days a week. It's a high dosage but the stuff is cheap from china.
Knee issues completely gone by the second week... I'm maybe 4-5 weeks in and only my muscles are sore now. I didn't even start on the TB-500.
I can't speak for the mix being sold currently. All dosing schedules say to do BPC daily and TB-500 bi-weekly, so I'm not sure how it will translate.
Wow hand ball? I havent heard of anyone playing that in years.
I did a few year vacation and I usto slap handball every day almost. Untill my hands would fully swell up. Never knee issues from it.
Don't know much about peptides, but I've been using NEM (Natural Egg Membrane) and my joints feel 10x better overall. I got the highest strength I could from the Now Brand. Not sure if your problem will be solved by that, but couldn't hurt to tryKnee caps are swollen, tight, and presumably inflamed from heavy squats.
