MESO-Rx Sponsor PCT 24X7 "1 stop shop for all day healthcare"

Im afraid that setting up a website that you can order from is going to be the downfall of this vendor. This is the move that attracts the wrong customers and wrong kind of attention.
I can see your point, but it is a bit more complex of an issue. Lots of vendors have had websites for years and many do it simply because it makes things easier and often brings more customers.

Downside is it brings a lot more for lack of a better term "bad customers" those 5% of customers all business UG or not have that cause 90% of the issues. It is a business decision that can workout or not. We shall see and I am being positive.

"I'm glad everyone on the post is a pro. Unfortunately I'm not asking anyone else a question. I'm asking the vendor. "

Wow. I'm glad the guy has time to answer questions from every forum on the net, as well as take orders and pack stuff for shipping....

You may have been asking the vendor - but you are ignoring good advice and counsel from everyone else.
That you are right on, I did ignore advice and counsel, will not deny that. I explained above why I did so, however I meant so offense to you sir Raww.

I didn’t wanted to upgrade to a website but the manual work is breaking me beyond the point , it’s been years since I have seen a sunrise , can’t go on vacation easily , can’t even spend time with my daughter and longer working hours for last few years has given me a very bad back pain , I truly love my work but on other side want to feel like a human being again , I also don’t know if my customers family will like it or not but I thought I should give it a try ,

I think everyone here understands. You are a great "in a lot of ways the best" source and I mean that and due to that I am sure your business is increasing to the point where manual email processing of all orders is a bit overwhelming. There is a reason there are e commerce websites. I would probably go nuts trying to do it and I would have low patience for dealing with constant "where is my tracking #, etc" type shit.

I am confident whatever website you setup will be great after the first few bugs are worked out.

I’m just worried that if you remove too much friction you end up with 16 year old TikTok looksmaxxers as your customer base. It’ll be fun for a while, all those extra retin-a sales, but the viral places all end up going out of business. I don’t begrudge you the desire to automate your workflow, and wish you luck. I hope you can avoid the outcome I’m anticipating.

Just to double check, now that your email is back up and running, is it the same email from the first page of this thread?? Would like to stock up on some items before the website goes live

I just wanted to double check, didn't wanna read the entire 478 page thread to get an answer. Providers get their website taken down all the time and have to change domains, it's very common. At some point we really should get a feature where OP can sticky post certain comments
Or you can use the search function. The other members are right laziness is what gets you scammed.
Do your due diligence to learn to navigate the threads it will only benefit you.

Sir, asking the actual source and vendor for their information is not how you get scammed. If I asked the thread openly, and take someone else's reply at face value, then yes. But literally asking the vendor I'm buying for direct confirmation in an open arena (the thread), instead of in a personal message, is as close to non-scam territory as one can be.

That's like saying don't walking up and ask someone directly for their phone number because it might be a scam, instead go check the phone book.

I appreciate that this is a community of individuals who value hard work and abhor laziness, but that doesn't mean that the easy way is always wrong.

Just because something is simple, doesn't mean it's not effecient or correct.

That's like saying walking up and asking someone their phone number directly is how I get phised instead of asking everyone else.
He literally just said he's exhausted and overworked.

But rather than spending five minutes to do it the way everyone else does- you insist this guy waste time answering your extra special question.

Jeez...

You’re welcome to do as you please but we have the search function for a reason, to save you the time of asking questions that have already been asked and answered respectfully

I'm sorry the poor guy is overworked. He should get some staff, or more staff. But also, we're shifting the topic. Him being overworked wasn't what we were talking about, it's about how asking the vendor a question directly in the thread is how you get scammed. Let's not conflate the issues.

The way this disagreement began was by the suggestion that asking the vendor a question directly somehow makes me, or someone else more susceptible to scams than using the search feature. Presenting that by asking the question, I've introduced an attack vector, and in good faith I should not do that. I have yet to see a reasonable argument that explains how asking the vendor a question, with an @ to get a direct response, introduces a potential attack vector that did not already exist.

Every point since then has been an argument to why some feature exists or something about how I should be considerate, instead of reinforcing the premise of the original disagreement.

Also, apologies for any typos, dyslexic. I'll probably have to reread this message 15 times to see them.

I weep for your generation. What a combo of entitlement and laziness.

His email is in every post he makes. Including the ones from earlier today where he spoke about being exhausted and burned out.

Fair enough, you can weep as you wish. I have no reason to be dissatisfied with my life.

Why is everything a personal attack. Why can't we debate reason and logic.

All I did was ask if the guy has an email alias, which go figure, some vendors actually do!

Can you imagine giving a mechanic your hard earned money, and being told by others, not even the mechanic himself, don't ask too many questions, go look it up yourself, he's already put all the info you need out there.

Btw @PCT24X7 PHARMACY if you haven't already, consider setting up an openclaw that will auto respond to generic posts like "what's your email?" or "where is your price list", etc. Or just have it post once a day.

It can greatly streamline your work.

You can even use it to generate the invoice and draft the emails for you and just have it message you to review them and send instead of you having to prepare everything yourself.

It can watch your wallett address, match payments against an email and then prepare the shipping label etc.

Might take a day or two to setup.
