Path to a 500 wilks

Workout today was,

4x6 squats@ 385
4x6 spoto press @ 285
4x12 facepull
3x8 leg curls
4x10 tricep pushdowns +2rp
4x12 french press +1ds
4x12 rope hammer curls

Felt pretty good today. Squats moved great. Bench wasn't too bad either. Usually rest no more than a minute between sets. Stretched it out to a couple minutes the last couple sets and recovery was noticably better. Still not sure if I should bump up bench moving into the next block or keep it the same. Might just bump it up anyways because it's 400+ bench time.
 
Workout today was,

X8 paused bench @ 315
3x8 nautilus lat pulldown +1rp
3x8 nautilus row +1rp
3x8 weighted dips @ 115
3x12 tricep pushdown +1ds
3x12 lateral raise +1ds

Well then... Must be the 600mgs of test. Went from struggling with sets of 275 for 8 to smoking 315 for 8 after squatting 425 for 8 with reps in the tank. Gotta love that juice. Don't know why I ever wanted to stop. Fuck your health. Haha. Jk... Kind of.

Still high bar squatting for now. 10 weeks out now though so might switch back to low bar after this next training block.

2x3 squat @ 455
2x3 paused bench @ 325
3x8 3-2-1 incline bench
3x8 nautilus lat pulldown
3x8 nautilus row
3x8 tricep pushdown +1ds
2x8 french press +1ds

Took a couple days off to help finish some stuff up at a project. Wasn't weighing myself but tried to get in at least 4k calories a day. I guess I was working a little harder than I thought because apparently I burned right through them and some. Lol
 
Forgot to update my last workout. Got a little busy this week and just wanted to get the shit done with so I can move on. On the bright side, it's done now and I have unlimited free time for about 6-8 weeks. I was thinking about taking a trip down south and just training my ass off the whole time to finish up my cycle. No lifting stoned, taking all my pins on time, eating like the fatass I really am. Lol. Regardless, I'll probably just repeat this weeks training but without the couple missed workouts and then back to things as normal.

3x7 paused bench @ 285
3x8 db press
4x12 facepulls
5x8 hammer curls
2x10 db concentration curls +1ef

First time training sober in awhile. Felt unusually strong. I feel weed helps a lot with proprioception, but it does seem to take away a bit of strength and make it hard to know for sure when to push it or not. Hopefully quitting being stoned 24/7 will also help with my short term PL goals on top of other personal things.

4x8 skull crushers +1rp
4x10 tricep pushdown +1ds

Was going to head down south this week. But might wait until next week. I have a closing I want to attend so I can punk out the buyer. Fucking hate that guy. Haha. Then I happened to have a couple people get ahold of me, one for a bathroom remodel and another for a new roof and siding. Now that I have the time I figured why the hell not. I typically have a guy on this forum help me and he can always use the extra cash. Probably pay him as much over the weekend as he makes at his regular job.
