Palifter’s competition log

Hello Meso!

Figured I’d pop in to give an update. Recently got over the flu followed by Covid. Finally back to good health and able to train and eat accordingly. I will attach a pic from yesterdays check in with my coach. Fasted weight ~290lbs.

No show plans this year due to life events but 2026 is looking good.

Sorry final questions.
Have you noticed better results with humalog with pre meal and post meal?
Or
Have you seen better results with using it pre gym with your intra to cover it?

I appreciate this log!

Food has been increased slightly on training days. Scale weight continues to remain about the same but my look has become tighter and fuller which I feel is mostly due to improving my insulin sensitivity over the past few weeks.

Better insulin sensitivity can lead to less subcutaneous water and greater intramuscular water. This creates a better look overall imo.

Hell yea. What’s diet looking like?

Do you feel that having days with low carbs largely contributed to your improvement in insulin sensitivity? Did you make any changes with cardio?
Yes, the low days definitely help with glycemia. For cardio, the only change was moving it to first thing in the morning, fasted. I think this helps with insulin sensitivity and keeping appetite high when calories are being pushed up.

I also utilized dihydroberberine and MOTS-C.

Where do you get your dihydroberberine?
