Oral Cialis Suspension

Hey all,

I’ve searched and read as much as I can on this topic but I have a couple of questions that hopefully I can get opinions on.

I’m trying to make oral Cialis suspension. A bottle I bought a while back says it’s mixed with PEG 400 and ethanol. From what I’ve read it doesn’t seem necessary to add ethanol but I have no issue doing so if it’s required. Another option I’m looking at is using Ora-sweet suspension liquid.

Does anyone have any preferences or experiences on what is best? Would a PEG400/ethanol mixture have a longer shelf life? What would be a good Ethanol to PEG 400 ratio?

Cialis has solubility in PEG and Ethanol, which is probably why it's used. Could probably just dissolve it all if you add enough and make a solution. For suspensions, as long as you can get it thick, it's good. It's usually glycerin, water/oil, flavoring and a preservative.

I have five grams on hand. To start I wanted to make a suspension (or solution I guess) that’s 20mg/ml.

Not sure about pure PEG but the bottle I have of PEG/ethanol/cialis tastes like absolute shit.

For years i have just made my suspension with cialis using alcohol, vodka these days. Takes a couple minutes. I shake it and it is ready to use.

This sounds more like a solution. Can’t imagine it doesn’t dissolve in that.

In solutions the chemical (cialis)dissolves into the the media being used and does not settle out. In a suspension the particles do not dissolve and are just suspended and can settle out.

i did this myself recently. i created a batch at 5mg/ml for erection strength, and i used Ora-Blend strawberry. no extra chems needed. Took an assload of time to get the clumps to disperse. used my percussive massager to blend it up. been running it a couple months now and its been working fine. Will be mixing another round again soon. Dutasteride 1mg/ml can be done this way too but i had to use a few drops of polysorbate 80 to help it disperse better.

Nice! I’ll be using a magnetic stirrer so hopefully I have an easier time.
