Homebrewing bulk GHK-Cu Raws - Endotoxin risks and pH buffering recipes?

I'm looking for some technical advice on brewing GHK-Cu from bulk raw powder (the standard blue powder from Chinese suppliers), rather than buying expensive lyophilized vials.

I know many people brew their own AAS, but peptides from bulk raws seem more tricky due to the fragility and purity issues. I have a few specific concerns before I attempt this:

1. Filtration & Endotoxins:For standard raw powders (non-pharma grade), is a high-quality 0.22µm PES syringe filter sufficient to make this safe for IM/SubQ use?I am aware filters remove bacteria but not endotoxins. Has anyone here actually brewed generic Chinese bulk GHK-Cu and experienced bad reactions (dirty gear fever/severe inflammation), or is it generally g2g after filtering?

2. Managing PIP (The Acid Burn):I've read that raw GHK-Cu in solution is highly acidic and causes severe PIP.Does anyone have a solid recipe for buffering the pH? Are you using Sodium Bicarbonate or NaOH to neutralize it? If so, what final pH are you aiming for to make it painless (7.0 - 7.4)?

Current plan:

  • Raw GHK-Cu
  • BAC Water
  • 1-2% BA
  • 0.22µm PES Filter into sterile vial
Any input from experienced brewers would be appreciated. I want to save money but not at the cost of an abscess or septic shock.
