And, yeah, estrogen can lower IGF-1

So left unchecked, they kinda balance each other out?

Increased HGH --> higher IGF-1 --> higher estrogen --> lower IGF-1 repeat

Used grey tops for awhile but they got expensive so switch to black tops. Notice no difference. I'm on 9ius a day right now in prep for a show. 3iu am fasted, 3ius pre workout, 3ius post workout. HGH before bed disrupts my sleep.

How the hell you guys use HGH in day time? I tried it and almost fell asleep driving. Like eyes felt heavy as hell and was fighting to stay alert. I gotta use it at night.
