As CHIEF M said, informed delivery through USPS is the way. It'll inform you of pretty much all packages mailed to your address, and will usually be in the system once the label is created, before USPS even has it in their possession.

I’d personally recommend 3ml. There were a couple of reports of cloudy gold tops, but I’ve never had that problem. The green tops, which they stopped selling, had several reports of cloudiness.

3 ml in gold tops to minimize aggregates. 2 ml might work but it’s suboptimal

I have the first round of gold tops which were 32iu and I recon with 1.6ml but I've seen guys with the 40ius doing 2ml no issues. I used to do 1ml per 10 iu but I'd rather inject less volume when doing 10iu a day. 50 units subq is more enjoyable than a full cc
