Yeah, the min order arms race priced me out of some sources. Several are at $400, I think. But it’s a seller’s market right now. Also, I’ve finally figured out that it really is a good strategy to buy a few cycles’ worth from one place, have some samples of it tested, and then stick with that supply with as much confidence as you can have.

Better yet, as @Rakusa said, get some raws, test, and homebrew if you’ve got the time and space and resources. And then you can pick your own filler Not so easy to get raws these days, though.

Go look at the Primal Pharma thread if you want to see an example of some good pressure going on recently. Not everybody on Meso thinks it’s a good thing, surprisingly. Some of the more stridently harm-reductiony members of the community have put in a lot of work pressuring vendors to test their raws and share results before brewing. I believe Arail and Neo are doing that testing now, probably others I don’t follow. Arail just scrapped / delayed a planned product due to low purity raws.

But if customers are desperate or complacent or lured in by low prices and don’t vote with their wallets, then poor quality sources using poor quality processes are going to remain. I don’t know of any mechanism to kick them off Meso just for being shitty sources.

Neo is a solid dude. I have no issues with him.

I’ve asked questions that a sufficiently thorough search would have answered, but the good folks here cheerfully answered. The guys taking offense to what I’m asking is because they don’t like a woman being more educated and knowing more then they do, and I’m questioning sources and it makes them so damn butthurt it’s comical.
