If i wasnt in the 4th most powerful alliance in game I might have already.

I quit completely after the dark world update. They made everything unbalanced where pretty much only one gear set and hero were viable. Before there were options and if you understood the battle mechanics you could really kick ass on defense. I had a killer trap empire on one of the old servers. At bloodbath realm I'd hurt feelings catching heroes and no rally could burn me to release them. They'd have to ask nicely.

It really sucks because I enjoyed the game for a long time. Played almost two years. They were releasing content like crazy. Back in the beginning you'd get a gear set and use it for months. Later you couldn't even keep up.

I’ve seen some guys at the gym doing those. I personally haven’t had much success with JM Press, on a regular bar it hurts my elbows
 
I only do jm press 1 time a month and skull crushers 1 time rest is close grip BB and French curls. My tris are pretty good so I been training upper back more and only doing 1 or 2 tri exercises per session.
 
Right now in GOW there is 1 defense set viable and it better be powered up to max. You can’t cap it’s almost impossible now days. No defense Core Sets yet. I won’t spend 2k a week to maintain a lead acct it was hard enough to spend 3 or 4 hundred to maintain acct. I do like to play between sets. Back in day I could fight a wonder battle don’t know what control point is called in FF. And do a complete 2 hour ME uppper day without missing a beat lol.

Dude... 2k cash?? A week?? Shit. I thought I had a problem when I was spending $200-300 a month on Warcraft lmao.
 
I have cut back my spending. Some spend lot more. I have had Bronchitis and havent been able to train myself or work for a week and have put a few hundred into it. I so hate this time of year I get this upper respiratory infection every year and it puts me down for 2 weeks every time.
