Sorry Been little busy with my life and forgot to log this week. The anadrol is working well I scaled today at 265 with strength gains. Been on between 1500 and 2K calories a day.
 
Just enough carbs to fuel training. I like the vertical diet and im going to stick with it. Im also messing with TNE 2 hr preworkout 100mg. Today is day 1 of that. I had some test e raws get old some research uncovered when this happens the ester seperates. Seems legit it feels just like TNE.

I’m still fasting. I haven’t been doing much speed work it is too taxing to do a lot of speed work while fasting. This wave is about burning fat while not losing any strength not increasing lifts by much if any. I’m at 263 now at about 24% BF. I think I came close to crashing my estrogen I quit taking AI and feel better. Cycle is Test Cyp 900wk. TNE 100 1 hr pre workout 50 Anadrol per day. TNE usually only works for 6 weeks this is week 2.
 
I think you missed my comment in Worf's log about GOW and I'm curious. Did you play any of the reskinned GOW games? I played Final Fantasy XV: A New Empire for almost two years. Had probably the best trap account on my server. Then they released the dark world update making everything up to that point obsolete and that ruined the game for me. Did they do something similar on GOW?
 
I like the con > sumo idea. I never thought about doing that. I’m gonna give it a try.

Mobile Strike for a few months can only afford to keep up one account these days.
They have had 4 major drops in 2 weeks I went from being a lead to filler overnight. I even shield offline huge accounts are being burned. Accounts that were unburnable a month ago are being 0ed. Iused to go by AlmightyHiT now im OhNO its HiT. I have played with all the legends of the game. I could be living comfortably in what I have spent on GOW Im pretty close to quitting again. If i wasnt in the 4th most powerful alliance in game I might have already.

I use my SSB for JM presses I just unscrew the yoke handles. I feel atleast in my style Tris are most important muscles in BP.
