Oatmeal Farts

Nah it shouldn't. it's literally just oats. I've been using it daily for 7+ years.

No texture or taste. My go to is half a carton of egg whites. 1/2 cup of that oats. 2 scoops of PB fit. A banana. 2 scoops ON protein powder. Can't taste egg whites or oats. Just PB and banana. Good shit with over 1000 calories and 100g+ protein
Good shit. this is the best explanation of this food. But I think it's worth a try.
 
My wife bought a different brand of oat flour, as they did not have Red Mills. It has a warning that it must be cooked thoroughly due to the presence of bacteria in whole oats.
 
If the only ingredient is oats I'd use it. Ain't no different than putting regular oats in. I don't know anyone that cooks their oats before making a shake. Most don't eating them. They just add hot water.
Single ingredient. I was just disturbed by the warning on the package.
