Hey Guys,
I recently joined the forum after being a reader for a while. I got sober in November 2024 after being a pretty heavy drinker, 6-10 beers every weekday easy 12+/day on the weekend for the past 5 years. Had to find something to fill that gap and relieve stress which got me into working out. Which has quickly became an addiction on its own.
I’m a 33yo male 5’10 I started at 248lbs around 30%bf and 8 months in I’m down to 202 and put on a bunch of muscle and strength (scale has me at 16%bf but probably closer to 18-22%.
Started with CrossFit 6 times a week but moved into strength training 4-5 times a week and made way more progress than with CrossFit. Walks and hikes on my recovery days. Got back on TRT 200mg test/week about 5 months ago (I’ve been on in the past from 29-31).TRT from online clinic. Last time on TRT I didn’t workout was drinking all the time and just gained more weight and screwed my blood pressure. Now I workout, track macros, and don’t drink, my blood pressure is fixed dr got me off Bp meds, my A1c is great (no longer pre-diabetic)
I ran a mini cycle for 8 weeks with 300mg/week test pinned mon/wednesday/fri and anavar starting at 5mg/day pre workout and worked up to 50mg/day preworkout at the end. No crazy sides other than elevated e2 and some very mild acne which I had an ai for but the ai always crashes my e2 levels so hard I get super tired with no sex drive.
Trying to plan my next cycle smarter to avoid e2 issues without using an ai and help get to my year 1 goal of 180-185lbs and under 14% body fat by the end of November. Going to run bloodwork again to see where I’m at before starting. I’ve got my “supplements” ready to go but would like some opinions and advice. Plan to stay on test base for good and run cycles throughout the year.
Planned Stack
Test 200mg/week titrating up to 350-400/week
Masteron 200-300mg/week
Reta starting at 2mg/week will follow titration schedule based off of appetite suppression and progress
Considering adding in low dose NPP for joint issues and strength 25-50mg/week
Possibly anavar again in the middle (love the way var made me feel)
Open to advice and constructive criticism.
