I would bet that you could add a good 8-12 pounds of muscle by using HST for 2 cycles (usually 16 weeks total). Some people actually experience that during their very first cycle.

No first cycler should start with a long acting drug other than test (or frontload) because if they have a bad reaction they will have to wait for it to clear... I think you provide excellent advice and I agree wholeheartedly about poor routines, diet, and lack of adequate rest are cardinal sins. Obviously, I don't need steroids but aside from professional athletes I'm not sure anybody needs steroids.
So why do I want to use steroids? After spending MANY thousands of dollars on BS like dibencozide I want to buy something that actually works. Plus since I already have a box of pins I might as well indulge the overwelming urge to stick myself in the arse.
I've really enjoyed the past 6 months of regaining muscle and strength that I lost during medical school. I believed I was plateauing so I started looking for a new supplement. I paid $60 for 60caps (100mg) of boldione from Molecular Nutrition and I would swear after emptying the bottle in 10 days (working out like a beast) and taking a week off for the holiday ALL of my lifts improved. And while EQ is good at improving colligen synthesis, Winstrol has been found to cause cellular necrosis in lab rodents. I don't think that can be far off for us Bigger Rat's either... I honestly believe that Winstrol is responsable for more muscle tears and serious injuries than any other TWO steroids combined...
But hey, that's just me.. It's your body and your coin. So it's your call, not mine.

Thnx for the advice, did my first sticky today. Fortunately, I have a big muscular arse leftover from my football and sprinting days.
