Nerve Pain Right Hand

When I bend my elbow in the slightest degree, my right hand feels like it is falling asleep followed by some serious nerve pain.
It usually starts in my middle, pointer, and thumb before affecting my whole hand.
It started in the morning when I went up to 2.5 IU Ed and is now all day since I went up to 3 IU. I was hoping my body just needed time to adjust, but since it is now making the simplest task challenging I am going to go back down to 2 IU Ed.
I don't have any present or past injuries to my right arm or hand

Carpel tunnel ?
Should I split the dose AM / PM ?
Has anyone else experience this and how did you address it ?

Thanks for the feedback

Obviously dropping helps. Usually it
does resolve with time though but if
it's intolerable....try titrating back up later.

In intractable cases docs will prescribe HCTZ 12.5mg to less the water retention that's the root cause.
