Hello everyone, be careful with the carrier DPD. I received my package from this guys completely empty and re-taped by DPD. I am still waiting for a solution from neogene

I might regret saying this, but the seller doesn’t seem dishonest to do something like this. In my case, he could have just blocked me and stopped replying, yet he chose to solve the issue (I’m still waiting for the reshipment, but the seller already said he would do it).
And the fault, as I mentioned, wasn’t directly the source, but the company he chose to deliver his products, which indirectly makes him responsible for the possible poor work done by DPD.
This shows that the seller is interested in maintaining a good reputation and providing quality service.
