One thing I always do when I receive something is record the unboxing from start to finish for situations like this. Did you film it? If you did, it’s easy to sort out.

I might regret saying this, but the seller doesn’t seem dishonest to do something like this. In my case, he could have just blocked me and stopped replying, yet he chose to solve the issue (I’m still waiting for the reshipment, but the seller already said he would do it).
And the fault, as I mentioned, wasn’t directly the source, but the company he chose to deliver his products, which indirectly makes him responsible for the possible poor work done by DPD.
This shows that the seller is interested in maintaining a good reputation and providing quality service.
But, as I said, I still haven’t received the reshipment, so I might regret what I’m saying...
