They definitely can't accept fault. It's not reasonable to them, and the reason loser trophies are to blame. I grew up playing baseball when I was younger. We went to the championships, year after year, without winning. Coach destroyed us each time. Eventually you develope into not losing and we won. That was victory as a kid. I have 1 trophy.

not sure if this is about me or someone else but im not here to make friends or make fun of people or take advice and say its wrong and be ignornant. im here for two reasons and that is to listen and to asked questions lol. when someone calls me an idiot and doesnt explain how im an idiot it seems ironic. i agree tho with most of what your saying, but the part where its "gen z" only couldnt be farther from the truth. i know plenty of grown ups that still act like they are children even tho yes they are fully developed.

i guess i just dont understand.. lol.. im in a harm reduction forum and im asking questions to people that have 10+ years of experience doing and that i have 0 years. i could care less about the insult. its just when the person insulting you takes more time to call you a dumbass doesnt take the time to help in a "harm reduction forum" (edit: why else are you here?)and then unironically when you view his past messages is telling other people that this is a "harm reduction forum". idk man i see the side of little fags not being able to take insults and overreact but im just pointing out whats really happening.

The issue isn’t insults. Anyone who’s spent real time in this space has thick skin. The problem is that the environment has shifted from learning to arguing, and it’s exhausting the people who actually know what they’re talking about.

What’s happening over and over is this....
Someone with zero experience asks a question. Multiple people with 10 to 20+ years of trial, error, labs, injuries, and lessons give answers. Then the person asking proceeds to argue those answers, usually citing something bogus, TikTok, YouTube shorts, or some influencer who’s been lifting for five minutes. That’s not harm reduction. That’s absolute background noise.

When you genuinely know nothing and ask a question, the correct posture is humility. You don’t have to agree. You don’t have to like the tone. But you do listen, and you store the information away, even if you don’t use it today.

Think of it like a toolbox. I’ve got thousands of tools in my garage. Some I bought for one specific job years ago and haven’t touched since, but when that job comes back around, I’m glad I didn’t throw them out just because I didn’t understand their value at the time. Knowledge works the same way.

The reason experienced people get short or stop replying altogether, is because explaining the same fundamentals repeatedly, only to be argued with by people who haven’t earned context yet, is draining. Over time, the people with real experience disengage, and all that’s left is beginners debating beginners. It's occurring here because of the influx of reddit, TikTok, Insta nonsense indoctrination. That’s how forums die. I actually am watching Meso slowly die for this reason. Rather than have an abundant amount of new educated members, it's the same guys/gals being beaten down with stupidity.

So yes, this is a harm reduction space. But harm reduction only works when people asking questions respect the answers they’re given, even if they don’t fully understand them yet. Respect doesn’t mean silence, it means recognizing when you’re borrowing someone else’s hard earned tools instead of telling them their wrench is wrong because so and so says so.

If people want real help, humility keeps the door open. If they want to debate other platforms exist. Historically there's was a time on Meso where I was brand new. It seemed new people asked questions, then say back absorbing the info. If it was wrong or lacking fact, the other members argued points and the new person received abundant perspective.

I'm sure you're younger, and I don't care what age you are, not asking. But I bring this up because if you venture outside Meso and see what is being regurgitated on other platforms... It's straight verbal diarrhea. But with that it seems many take it to heart and perpetuate the same blatant ignorance. Reddit AAS threads are the absolute prime example of really fucking dumb people.

I mean I just read about people putting vials in the microwave... WTF. Part of me wants to believe it's trolling to some degree, but as I kept reading I was dumbfounded by the lack of knowledge. Place something containing metal in the microwave, see what happens. Wear eye protection. But that's just the simple stupid part, the other is this is a chemical based structure and you're actually thinking of exposing it MICRO+WAVES. Selfishly, I've learned quite a bit in my short time, mostly related to cardiac health and support measures. Not much we can do about the changing of the tides. At least there is a search function to dig up the gems of information.

I saw someone say he perfers microwaving his water rather than using a pot and boiling it, there stemming my question on how hot it should be. I have alot to learn and for sure gonna ask alot of stupid questions. I will not come on here and ask something and proceed to be ignorant. You actually helped me in the past i believe.

Considering it's water and will dissipate heat rapidly... I'd shoot for 225f. Once the vial is placed in, 10 to 15 minutes should be sufficient depending on how much the compound is crashed.

I choose to use a mug warmer, or hot plate. I also don't use a diaper warmer, I use an electric lunch box... Far more masculine.
