To add more options, I use a sourdough heating plate from Amazon. Can set it to any temp from 70 to 140. Unlike the coffee mug heater I tried it actually held close to the set temp.

Do you guys put the vials directly onto the warmer? Or a plate then the vial

A mug warmer seems convenient, may just buy one of those instead. I hope the vials dont re-crash after, I usually pin in the morning before the gym/work and wont have time to sit and wait to uncrash vials.. lol

Directly on. I set everything out the night before. Wake up turn the mug warmer on. And proceed to do my morning routine. By the time I’m done my vials are warm. Although I like my gear warm for pinning purposes. The only thing that crashes on me is TNE and I use that PWO.

Baby wipe warmer for stuff that is likely to recrash, just keep whatever you're actively using in there as the increased temp will degrade the compound a bit quicker over time. A month or two is perfectly fine for the ones that stay ~100° Fahrenheit

Have you ever tried putting preloaded syringes in there? Outside of using any pwo injectables I only need oils heated up once per week when I load everything up. Think the ambient air would be warm enough? I’m hesitant to just throw them down directly on the heated bottom plate.

I do this every day, actually. I load up the days injection (I do them daily) and leave it in there for an hour or two, and everything flows much more quickly through the 27g and 30g needles I use.

thanks for the advice guys. Hoping this is a one and done problem so I don’t have to deal with this again. I only use test anyways so i dont have to worry about anything else crashing lol

Good catch. On top of the vial holders. The bottom and sides are directly heated, so yeah, they'd get quite a bit warmer resting there. Probably not enough to matter for the amount of time the syringe would be in there, but still better to keep it off the direct heat, if only for the sake of the syringe

Seems like theres two different types of candle warmers. One that looks like a lamp and one that looks like a hot plate. Which one do you use?

Hot plate. I got a cheap one with 4 different heat levels. Works great. I start with the low setting and go up after awhile if it's not working enough.

Put it on a mug warmer for like 15 minutes and it cleared right up. Mug warmer is a great investment and i heat up all my oils before pinning. Especially helpful with something like primo since it reduces the PIP it gives me

Oh no shit, the sides are heated too? I may pull the trigger on one of these then and Jerry rig something to keep the syringes up off the direct heat. The thought of leaving a syringe just laying there on the heated bottom for 6 days make me feel icky. Thanks!

Was telling my girlfriend about the problem and apparently we already have a candle warmer (the lamp version) she bought as a christmas decoration lol and it’s working pretty well. Two vials already have no more crystals in them. Only time will tell if they re-crash

Time to get a mug warmer, once you warm up your oils for the first time prior to pinning you don’t go back lol
