I have an important question for my future life and progress.
I have been reading quite a lot on steroids and cycles until now.
I wanna start my first cycle soon and i want to get the most out of each cycle.
I do have a weakened left arm from surgery (my knuckle of my fuck you finger got a fracture from a car accident).
Since then my left hand and arm feel weakened, especially my grip.
Neverthless i've been able to deadlift up to 540lb with chalk but my grip of my left hand comes loosened up. I also had a strange sensitive feeling in that knuckle from that specific weight only (1RM).
Lighter weight is not really a problem but i have a feeling that i will never get past that 1RM due to my left hand from past surgery.
Story short i was thinking of planning Anavar, Deca, NPP, or EQ to get rid of that weakened hand and arm in general. I have a feeling that my whole arm got traumatised because of that surgery up to my shoulder.
I also have a lot of difficulty doing more than 8 reps on isolation exercises like dumbbell curls. My grip of my left hand loosens up every time on the last reps of heavier curls. Which means a lack of endurance.
I have tried grip exercises and holding my grip for 5 seconds on deadlift with no success. My left hand feels slightly immobilised.
I went to a surgeon again for it but he adviced me to not do anymore surgery because the hand will be further traumatised.
I got a fracture on my right hand as well (metacarpal fracture) which healed.
Now that i've explained background let's go to the point.
My stats before covid-19:
Bodyweight 190lb, Squat 1RM 450lb, Deadlift 1RM 540lb, Benchpress 1RM 315lb
Did a RAD-140 only cycle during 8 weeks which i ended shorty before covid. Did no pct and recovered well but i had a fairly supression the weeks after my cycle ended.
Now i'm back and training again feels like my body still has memory of that rad-140 cycle. I feel a slight advantage towards pumps and strength which i never had before.
Bodyweight is currently back to 175lb. SQ360, DL405, BP270.
Now if i understand well my first cycle would be test only but how do i progress from there? How long should i wait between each cycle and which compounds should i add to my next cycles and in what order?

- 1ste Cycle: Test-e 350/500 pw 12weeks
- 2nd Cycle: Test-e 350/500 pw 12weeks + Anavar 50ed 6wks
- 3rd Cycle: Test-e 350/500 pw 12weeks + NPP or Deca or EQ
