Need some serious cycle advice for rehabilitation

Hello guys,

I have an important question for my future life and progress.

I have been reading quite a lot on steroids and cycles until now.

I wanna start my first cycle soon and i want to get the most out of each cycle.

I do have a weakened left arm from surgery (my knuckle of my fuck you finger got a fracture from a car accident).

Since then my left hand and arm feel weakened, especially my grip.

Neverthless i've been able to deadlift up to 540lb with chalk but my grip of my left hand comes loosened up. I also had a strange sensitive feeling in that knuckle from that specific weight only (1RM).

Lighter weight is not really a problem but i have a feeling that i will never get past that 1RM due to my left hand from past surgery.

Story short i was thinking of planning Anavar, Deca, NPP, or EQ to get rid of that weakened hand and arm in general. I have a feeling that my whole arm got traumatised because of that surgery up to my shoulder.

I also have a lot of difficulty doing more than 8 reps on isolation exercises like dumbbell curls. My grip of my left hand loosens up every time on the last reps of heavier curls. Which means a lack of endurance.

I have tried grip exercises and holding my grip for 5 seconds on deadlift with no success. My left hand feels slightly immobilised.

I went to a surgeon again for it but he adviced me to not do anymore surgery because the hand will be further traumatised.

I got a fracture on my right hand as well (metacarpal fracture) which healed.

Now that i've explained background let's go to the point.

My stats before covid-19:

Bodyweight 190lb, Squat 1RM 450lb, Deadlift 1RM 540lb, Benchpress 1RM 315lb

Did a RAD-140 only cycle during 8 weeks which i ended shorty before covid. Did no pct and recovered well but i had a fairly supression the weeks after my cycle ended.

Now i'm back and training again feels like my body still has memory of that rad-140 cycle. I feel a slight advantage towards pumps and strength which i never had before.

Bodyweight is currently back to 175lb. SQ360, DL405, BP270.

Now if i understand well my first cycle would be test only but how do i progress from there? How long should i wait between each cycle and which compounds should i add to my next cycles and in what order?

Thinking of:

  • 1ste Cycle: Test-e 350/500 pw 12weeks
  • 2nd Cycle: Test-e 350/500 pw 12weeks + Anavar 50ed 6wks
  • 3rd Cycle: Test-e 350/500 pw 12weeks + NPP or Deca or EQ
 
Keep it simple imo for your first cycle.
500mg Test every week is my recommendation. See how you react to the test.
 
I would take it one cycle at a time... You don't need to plan your second and third cycle before you start your first. Keep it simple, make sure you're prepared for your first one before you get ahead of yourself.

Yep. After your first cycle, your goals / needs may change. One step at a time. Getting huge is a marathon, not a sprint.

Also, see a physiotherapist.
 
I wouldn’t look to steroids for healing injuries. They will only mask the issues. Peptides and high could be of some help but it will problem take a long time and lots of grip strength training to get that hand strength back
 
Completely Anecdotal Experience.

I got into AAS after healing from my motorcycle accident. Had powerlifter for years. After I recovered I was funding I couldn't put muscle back on. Test levels ended up being trash..instead of going to TRT I just went straight into my first cycle. Now I was cleared for everything by my doctor. Just had tons of muscle atrophy from being disabled for a couple years. Had broke my neck amongst other thing.

Now I say this because while steroids themselves did absolutely nothing in the healing department. The cycle allowed me to luy on muscle and work on my major weaknesses. All the small stabilizer muscles that were.causing me pain, got bigger and stronger. Now I'm virtually pain free..back to back squats and deads regularly.

100% it was the steroids that got me back together. But not in the way you think. It helped me put in the work and see results quick.

Again just my experience. I was cleared to be healthy, with no skeletal imbalances or nerve problems. Just needed to get muscle back on my frame.

Just want to know for future reference!! Wanted to know how much time between each cycle. What's so bad about asking this. I know i should prepare myself properly for the first one. Talking about asking advice on a board now a days... You always get answers that aren't anywhere what you'd except to get. You think i'm gonna blast them all together?? O_o
 
Sounds like you need to be discussing this with a physical therapist. Drugs don't cure misalignments and nerve issues.

just don't answer anymore on my threads learn to read everything properly and learn to understand next time. you seem to have a lack of knowledge in physical anatomy. Maybe you should need to learn a book about that first!

Next time guys make sure to read everything and try to understand the subject before you shoot answers like a crazy cocky mf. Don't just take some information and understand what you want to understand.

Look dude, I've forgotten more than you'll ever know about performance enhancement. I gave you your answer... Run with it or don't, I could care less. It makes absolutely no sense to plan for cycle 3 before you know how cycle 1 goes. You could literally brainstorm a hundred different ideas for cycle 3... So it makes this thread absolutely pointless.

You seem to think you already know everything because you're looking for specific answers to validate yourself. Why bother making a thread asking questions if you're going to criticize the answers?

Is that questions too much asked? Is it too hard for you to give a direct answer? Why are you making this more difficult and complicated than it is.
