need help with my diet

ok so 2 month ago i decided to get a diet from my trainer.

i was 261 pounds. 181 pounds of lean mass. and i was at 27% of bodyfat


the diet he gave me is this:

meal 1 - 7oz of chicken breast with 6oz of red potatoe

meal 2- 1 cup of basmati rice
half cup of green veggie
6oz of salmon or 7oz of surlounge steak

meal 3 - 3/4 cup of basmati rice
halfcup of green veggie
180g of ground horse or ground turkey

meal 4 - half cup of basmati rice
half cup of green veggie
8oz of tilapia


meal 5 - 1 cup of egg white
2 whole eggs



before my training i take 1 scoop of carbion wich is 25g of carbs and a protein shake after my workout wich is 25g of protein



does it seem right ? the first month i actualy lose 5% of bodyfat and gained 4 pounds of lean muscle ( was on test and tren cycle)

right now im on deca and test cycle.
 
What is your total cals and macros? Sorry not gonna take the time to add it myself.

What is your current weight and BF? And how have you done a test tren cycle and then gone right into a test deca cycle?
