Now we talking. Tongkat Alli is the most powerful natural test booster known. Years back I gave my friend a quarter tension of 200:1 tongkat Ali extract in 4 ounces of water and lmao as he cringed his face with the disgusting taste. HE CAME BACK NEXT DAY jogging to my house like a crack addict asking for more. Hevsaid he banged his wife like never before that night.
I ended up ordering him some.

HOWEVER be careful, we both experienced a SOLID "deca like" lack of libido after 2weeks of continual use. It feels like when you run deca by itself in my opinion.

Let me know your experience with it tho

more trolling?

tongkat ali, it would easy for me to grow this along with maca and horny goat weed they really seem to put some lead in my pencil and I already garden extensively. I'm trying to do anything I can to improve my t/e and free test ratios,

Hello MESO,

I recently got another natural lab done without any supplementation or sauna, besides 1zma before bed, about 8000iu d3 a day and a b complex tab in the morning. Daily macros are about 250p-100+f-250net carbs.
Daily diet changes but on a weekly basis I eat 5-6lbs of lean red meat, 1lb of bacon, 2 dozen omega 3 eggs(660mg omega3 per egg), 3-4 cans of sardines(1500-2000 omega3 per can). I usually have some form of toast with my eggs everyday, usually white thomas muffins. I have been eating yogurt everyday but I don't think I'm digesting it well and will be pulling it. I also eat 1lb of spinach a week, a couple quarts of coconut water and a qt each of raw cranberry juice, pineapple juice and tart cherry juice. These weekly totals are to cover my micro nutrients, I then add in as much sushi, burgers and pizza that my target weight allows. More when wanting to gain, less when wanting to lose. I exercise 1.5-2hrs 6 days a week. Mostly kickboxing and weights. I do additional "active recovery" on top of this I was on this diet in a calorie deficit for 3.5 months before having blood drawn. Weight went from 210-190lb @3300cals per day, much more cut now. I had bloods and results were as follows

TSH 1.040 microUI/ml
Total T4 8.09mcg/dl
Free T4 1.27ng/dl
T3 Total 1.48ng/dl
Total T 899ng/dl
DHT 457ng/dl
SHBG 106.6nM/L
E2 30.2 pgr/ml
AST 39
ALT 48
Total Bilirubin 1.403mg/dl
Bilirubin Direct .466mg/dl
Albumin 4.53 gr/dl
Glucose 92
IGF-1 120.1
HGH 1.0
PSA .96 ng/ml
Hematocrit 52%
Hemoglobin 17.3gr/dl
Cholesterol 173.9 mg/dl total
Triglycerides 33.5mg/dl
HDL 52.1mg/dl
LDL 131.5mg/dl

I don't want to post the lab paperwork as it lists the hospital and doctor name throughout. They didn't test fsh or lh due to the average age of their patients being much older. As many of you know reference numbers change by labs but some of these numbers are "out of range" Test, dht, liver, thyroid. Depending whom you ask. What I found most interesting was the drop in total t at a similar weight as my last lab posted but being in a deficit vs surplus of calories. Also that my fasting glucose is higher by 1pt but i'm not on any mk677 as I was on the last test. My cholesterol seems to suggest I have a high insulin sensitivity. What more can be done to reduce fasting glucose. I was prescribed HGH and would like to see glucose numbers under 90 whenever possible. I have any duration insulin needed to run with the HGH. I bought HGH and insulin when my last bloods were posted(expired last month), I never used them due to the lack of consistent advice. I don't think my liver values are of concern considering I exercise and my dht levels. Would my IGF be higher with lower "liver stress" values? My sleep and circadian rhythm are much more stable these days. Kidneys, acids and electrolytes were all middle of the road.

I will be supplementing daily with various testosterone boosters and testing total t, will post here. All labs will be drawn between 10-11am. Diet will remain the same as it doesn't feel like a "diet" I will increase calories as workload increases, I will also add creatine, brazil nuts and increasing zma. I would like to start in the sauna again as I found 2-6x a week for 20-30mins beneficial. I'm also considering icing my balls while doing computer work. After this I will take supplements that bring down estro or dht in hopes of freeing up more T. Also of note is that I still use hashish daily, occasional recreational pharma. I use 3mg adderall with 70mg modafinil 3x a wk, started after this bloodwork.

Am thinking of using:
4-6iu sero split 3-4x daily combined with 8-18iu novolin r, in the same pin
OR
5-10iu lantus with 25mg mk677
OR
5iu norditropin with equal amount of humalog or novalog per injection, plus humalog pre or post workout
All items are readily accessible or on hand so I need to figure combinations of all of them. I've also considered running low dose pharma hcg with the sero/novo combo in the same pin. Youtubes Vigorous Steve suggests this to check exogenous hcg/hmg sensitivity before proper cycling. Prescription anavar which I've considered microdosing or microdosing a SARM.

Training will be 2x 45mins weight on M,W,F with hgh/slin 3wks on 1 off. 1 day of no activity a week and 3 days of MMA training. The "off" week from weights and hgh/slin I will up the amount of sparring I am doing and possibly some calisthenics or kettlebell work.

Any advice appreciated, thanks.

What's the link between DHT and the liver you are making?

not sure really, just thought androgens strained the liver, not just oral steroids. I'm not too worried about how high they are all things considered, but don't want to let anything runaway. I've read bilirubin is linked to hematocrit, both of mine are on the high side of normal. Thanks

So did you get those super high levels of TT by taking a shit ton of supplementation right?

I ask because now those 899ng/dL are more normal than 1400...

still, 1480 ng/dL seems like a lab glitch.
It could have been, I've heard that the standard metrics aren't very accurate. Both of these tests were the lower cost one that only measures under 1500ng/dl. To answer your other question about the higher levels, I was not on much supplementation. I was taking maca and horny goat weed about 1000mg each a day but AFAIK there isn't any literature to support these raising TT in HUMANS. I wish the bloodwork was apples to apples but there was a communication barrier, the doctor assured me it would be very complete. Ongoing my supplements will be higher and with additional herbs. The ongoing bloodwork will be done locally. I thought it was strange that my e2 was almost the same.

Is it possible that the first test in this thread could have picked up DHT as TT?
I've read that various roids, including dht derivatives, can come up as TT in non-sensitive assays.

That is too much vitamin D3 unless you are doing it for a couple months max to treat an extremely bad deficiency.

Lower your dose to 2000-3000 IU per day and add in 100 mcg of vitamin K2 (MK-7 variety) along with it.

Long term too much vitamin D can cause bone mineral loss because your body leeches calcium from your bones and moves it into your blood. Definitely lower your dose.

I once tested at 1240ng/dl natural after clomid use.
Not a glitch at the lab.

Thanks Gents

I've read that 8000iu or less is safe for the large majority of individuals and doses over 4000iu per day may help protect against COVID. I travel often. Stan Efferding, Dr. Joel Gould, and Dr. Mark Gordon, among others, suggest "high" levels of supplementation. I only get 10-20mins of sun a day. Either way I'll be getting my d3 levels checked on bloodwork, my serum calcium is usually middle of the range. Will also check for zinc, selenium and copper. I'm assuming that my iron is fine since i'm running pretty high hematocrit(live at high elevation unfortunately). I can PM you some links when I dig them up, if you'd like.

For K2 I've been trying to eat Natto, but its pretty rough. I'm thinking of sourcing some emu oil, otherwise I know i'm over 100mcg from my dietary sources but barely and was thinking 300-400mcg would be better. I prefer to get what I need from foods. I may get ongoing dexa scans for lbm and bone density.

IMHO the suggested guidelines for most micros are low.

The secret is to suntan your balls, mine make 700-1000ng/dL of TT depending on the time I pull out blood.

my PR was 1008 ng/dL. No SERMs, no supps, nothing. Just heavy squats and nice high fats superavit.

Nice, what time do you pull blood? I aim for 10-11am, my doctor said this was pretty much ideal but quacks are everywhere.

It depends on your circadian rhythms, my best result was before 8.00 AM before work, being for many months used to that life rhythm.

I would say go to the clinic ASAP once you wake up.

Anyway, I have done fine (814ng/dL) at 9:45 AM.

Thanks Boss,

I usually try to be in bed and asleep between 10&11pm and rise between 5&6am as i've seen this quoted as ideal. I often don't fall asleep until later though. This blood test was after a shit nights sleep in a hotel. Maybe i'm a little late to the party with the blood draw.

Victor Conte cites a study where college athletes slept til 7 or 8am with good benefit to hormone profile though.

Welcome to the club of >800ng/dL, we are elite.
