Natural Supplement Recommendations+ Advice?

I’m currently 4 months counting new to being a gymgoer. Started at 120 lbs and been bulking for 4 months gained to 147lbs currently. Been taking creatine for 2 months right now but i’m wondering if it’s worth to take BCAA’s, preworkout, and or protein powder, and if so then what type. Currently eating 4k cal a day and roughly 140g of protein. feels like i’ve hit a stalemate in weight even though my strength has gone up so i was wondering if i should take any natural supps to help out with my bulk. Open to all and any recommendations!

Check out aminoasylum! They have injectable pre workouts, I know it sounds kinda scary but it’s not what you think. It’s a mixture of amino acids that give you a major pump.

You can also try natural test boosters, they work for some people, they don’t work for others.

Caffeine is underestimated, it seriously increases physical output.

If you can tolerate it, thc. I have lots of friends and even my brothers swear by it. They told me that they feel super focused and don’t feel the burn as much.
