I’m currently 4 months counting new to being a gymgoer. Started at 120 lbs and been bulking for 4 months gained to 147lbs currently. Been taking creatine for 2 months right now but i’m wondering if it’s worth to take BCAA’s, preworkout, and or protein powder, and if so then what type. Currently eating 4k cal a day and roughly 140g of protein. feels like i’ve hit a stalemate in weight even though my strength has gone up so i was wondering if i should take any natural supps to help out with my bulk. Open to all and any recommendations!
