Nandrolone with Dutasteride?

Effects vs without and if it is a good idea to use.
I have RU for hair and Accutane for acne.
This would in theory prevent conversion into DHN and preserve nandrolones anabolicity by preventing the convesrion
Has anyone used this?

Appreciate you taking up this gauntlet, I had been considering jumping in here with a similar post but the 5-ARi haters come at it with the ferocity of religious zealots so I didn’t feel like dealing with it. Kudos for giving a write up despite it almost assuredly not changing any minds.

Agreed with everything you said. There’s no DHT receptor. There’s an androgen receptor, and so the argument that we “need” DHT is even funnier when talking about a patient population on exogenous androgens that more than capably fill any androgen deficiency caused by going on a 5-ARi.

Thank you, I've seen the same people bringing the fearmongering up in recent posts which could make some people lose their hair for a rather stupid unproven argument.

The androgen receptor is an excellent point for steroids users, yes.

I dont hate anything. In fact, i have dutasteride topical and pills on hand. I do care about my hair. But minoxidil is working for me. If my AAS use will cause shedding, I will modulate the AAS dosing. If my usage will cause me to employ dutasteride, I probably will try to find minimum effective dosing.
I have concern for others nuking their DHT. The metabolites of DHT are important for brain health. Its simply stupid in this day and age to think that our bodies produce compounds for no reason.

Wym? I have been on duta (and b&c ) and know multiple people who are so also, and none of them has any sides. Even Wesley Vissers is on duta and has no sides. He told this on a video about his hair loss/thinning. Thereby, he reversed it really well without a hairtransplant. He is very open about it on Dutch podcasts.

Good for you. There are plenty others that are suffering right now. We are all free to do whatever we want. More power to you.

Ofcourse everyone is free to do what they want. I’m just asking what side effect profile he revers to. I am aware of the erection dysfunction, and having sad/bad feeling. But asking bc maybe I’m missing some other sideeffect which others do experience
