NAC and side effect

i started take NAC 600mg ed because I have High values on epatic enzyme..'not such that high..
First day, I feel sick... I'm feel like a eat an elephant, all day and I try to go to bathroom but I can't full... plus the smell is terrible...
I tried to search but I can't find anyone who had this sides..
Anyone experienced something like this?

Can VIT C help with the liver? Is there some study?
