My peptide and GH log

Okay so I am currently working under a coach and I have been using peptides for a long time and I hope with this log you guys can see much progress and hopefully it can help some people out. I will also name my sources before anybody asks. It will be at the end of this post.

Right now I have some Jintropin by GenScis and I have Somastim which I'm going to fully switch to but since I'm traveling I am not able to go get it right now.

As far as peptides I use 100mcg of GHRP-2 and 100mcg of CJC w/o Dac before cardio first thing in the morning and sometimes first times 3-4hrs later or post-workout. It has helped me A LOT on my weight loss.

I have a torn labrum and bad knees and since I also do MMA I really need them not hurting lol. I have some BPC157 on the way which I'm going to use.

So my peptides list is:
CJC w/o dac (100mcg 1-2x a day...will be more in the future)
GHRP-2 (100mcg 1-2x a day...will be more in the future)
BPC157 (250mcg a day)
DES (75mcg pre-workout...this is SOMETIMES and only if I have the money)

GH (have NOT started using it):
Somastim (3iu-4iu/day)

Diet:
Keto but I do 20g of carbs before and another 20g post workout on my workout days.

Cardio:
1hr fasted first thing in the morning

Work:
12hrs a day :/

Diet type:
cutting (and have been for 7 months...doing it slow while recovery from my injuries).

Starting Weight:
0 (if I lose weight it'll go in the negative and if I gain it'll go into positive. Much easier to follow for people that do not want to read pages after pages of logs

Other drugs:
none. Just peptides and GH

Protein:
Muscle Feast Whey isolate or hydrolyzed whey. I use casien before bed.

goodluck @intel wondering the overall results from just peptide use. I don't think much others have done this. Everyone just mentions how it lacks productivity without any anabolics. But definitely keep it going brother.

So today I did my check up and we decided that I am going to bring back 20g of carbs for my first 5 meals. I am also going to bring down my cardio from 60 minutes to 30 minutes. I have been going at it hard for a long time now and my body has hit a wall. So this is going to be interesting.

Less cardio, more calories, and peptides are in the mix now.
 
I like it, sometimes when your running hard like that your central nervous system needs a break and dropping down and taking your body further away from homeostasis will have great effects. Good work.

I never mind :) I got it from gensci-china. My code check online but I got it so I can compare it to Somastim.

Anyways, ya I have truly hit a wall. A day before I move I ate pizza with my GF and the next day a box of cereal and beef jerkey on my way drive home the next day. I looked like shit for 2 days or so but then I started looking fucking amazing. I dropped 6lbs that week. I was like a true WTF because I didn't even train as hard as I usually do and I might lose 1-3lbs and if I hit 3 is because I used something.

Right now, I feel empty. My muscles everything feel empty, drained, tired, beat. I feel like I need a 3hr deep massage. Tonight is my cheat meal night so I can not wait. Carbs, carbs, carbs, and some more carbs :D
 
I'm currently running taitripin 5iu ed ipam and Cjc no dac 200x100 3 x day is on cycle. I've been running the growth for about 4 months and the peptides about a month. So all has been well but just now I put my sneakers on and wham they are so tight. My feet are so swollen. And when I stand at the sink to brush my teeth my feet and ankles start to itch really bad with pins and needles. Keep us updated intel and let me know what kind of sides you get.
 
Update:

So I got my peptides yesterday and I did 250mcg last night into my right shoulder and 10 minutes ago I did 2 250mcg: one in my right shoulder and one in my right knee (well the tear drop). Next time I'll do it into my knee subq. I also did 100mcg of ghrp-2 and cjc w/o dac sub q into my stomach area.

I did 30 minutes of cardio last night before bed and 30 minutes first thing in the morning today.
About to eat my 4th meal and go hit legs.
 
Let us know if your hands or feet swell up, I've been having that issue upon waking up in the morning but it subsides early.

Will do bud. I have never gotten those before but this might be different.

Today is chest, shoulder, and bis day and usually I have shoulder pain by mid or end of my workout. Will see how this goes.

I did 250mcg in my delt, and in each knee. So 3x 250mcg.

My knees feel better. My knees are a bit better and I'm going to do the same dosage everyday.
 
Holy shit my knees and shoulders feel absolutely amazing. They don't hurt at all. Yesterday I did my back, shoulder, and bis and not once did I feel any pain in my shoulder.

For my knees it's been great. It doesn't hurt anymore even during legs day and cardio. I am going to do legs again today so I see how it'll go.

250mcg a day in each spot that hurts or needs helps and wait for the amazing joint relief and recovery.
 
Ill ask thos here as well. Super bad carpal tunnel and neuropath in both hands. Any idea if there are things/peptides that might help? My doc is pretty badass and have surgeries on hand but he's willing to work with me. Thx bro. Btw, good log, ill stay tuned so I can learn more groovy stuff.

I've been running 2 iu of genotropin ed and my hands and feet are swollen as shit. Can't wear my wedding band, my shoes are tight as fuck. Tingling pins and needles shit too, it's irritating and not pleasant. I was having lot of joint pain too, particularly in the left elbow. I'm stopping for a week to get some releif, the joint pain is ruining my ability to lift.

So my kits should be here soon and I truly can't wait. Will do blood works on them and see how they are. Peptides have helped me a lot on losing weight. This week I was WAAAAY fuller, sat at 205lbs, still doing cardio, carbs only on workout days, strength is up, recovery is great, work sucks (lol), and that is about it.


I'll say this much. If I could afford GH and peptides 24/7 365 I would never stop (well I would because I cycle everything but you get the point).

If there is anything I hope people take away from my log or posts is that you need to test products and PLEASE use the smallest dosage possible and when the response stops and even after cycling you get nothing then bump up the frequency or the dosage.

You get headaches too? My friend and one other guy that I know get headaches from them. It is very rare and weird. I don't know what or how it is causing it.
