Hi guys!
I'm excited to go ahead and try this product. Now that I have my health back, I'm ready to try something new.
I'll be trying the PUMP JUICE EXTREME. I'll dose one scoop 20 minutes pre workout directly into my mouth and wash it down while I warm up on the treadmill.
The ingredients are listed here...
Now TWO things stand out immediately to me are caffeine anhydrous and caffeine citrate. Caffeine anhydrous will generally hit over 30-60 minutes to peak. Everyone is different. This is just my general experience in the past.
The caffeine citrate is dosed @ 50mg. Caffeine citrate generally hits FAST (within 15-20 minutes, maybe sooner depending on...... Well, you). There are a few other differences, I won't list them, as I am only really interested in the on set and peak of each as it correlates to my workout performance.
So you should get a fast on set and then a steady stream of energy. I want to say that I'm not a fan of "proprietary blends" or "super duper uper matrixx blendz" that have who knows what in them, dosed at who knows... I like how everything is listed for you.
There are also a ton of other goodies here listed for ingredients. I'll get to a more thorough breakdown later tonight when I have a little more time.
I will be dosing this mostly on an empty stomach. I will consume my carb meal two hours prior.
I also want to note I have not used a pre workout since C4 and I got real tired of that shit after awhile. No knock to them, a co worker had a lot of C4 and would give me a bunch, so here's to something new.
