Muscle Cramps. What is going on?

Have been getting muscle cramps in my chest, forearms, and biceps. The worst part is when I flex my chest it feels like my whole pec is cramping up. I have taken some time off from lifting. One week here and there but it doesn't seem to be getting any better. Also not taking any AAS at this time. Only thing I am taking is the Clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

Any ideas why this is happening. Training, Diet, lack of something?

Thanks,
Terps

Potassium, magnesium and calcium are all integral in muscle contractions. COuld be a deficiency in one of those.

Whats your eating like? Mixed, low carb, what?

I do drink alot of water. Don't really monitor intake of how much, but every meal I drink with water.
I don't really have a set diet just eat as many calories and protein as I can spaced between 5-6 meals.
I'll try the potassium supplement to see if that helps.
Thanks for the input fellows.
