Its BS, Reta in offsesson is really not good, and i know the new "experts" on the internet says reta during offseason keeps you lean, you know what also keeps you lean eating in a small surplus. You dont need a calorie surplus of 1000kcal to gain muscle 200-300kcal is enough to give you body enough energy and building blocks. Lower the deca to 200 and delete the anavar and mots and reta then its a basic cycle what does the work without major side effects. There are more benefits to using reta than just keeping lean. Maybe do some research before shitting out your mouth.
