Do whatever works best for you. If taking GH before bed wrecks your sleep, just move it to the morning without overthinking it. Bad sleep will hurt you way more than slightly imperfect GH timing.
After the morning pin you can eat in 30 to 40 minutes, or even wait 2 to 3 hours if you want. In reality the difference is not big enough to stress about, especially at your level.
Honestly, GH is the cherry on top. And if we are being real, it is probably the most overrated thing I have used. Sleep, proper recovery, good food, enough water, solid training, gear, GLP-1s… and then somewhere far in the background is GH. Some people will disagree with me, and that is fine.
Run your 2 to 4iu every morning and life will be good. You might hold a bit of water, feel a little fuller, maybe see a slight bump in blood pressure or heart rate, or get a mild headache. I have been through all of that.
I did not notice a massive difference on GH versus off GH. If anything, I actually felt leaner and better without it. That said, I am still using it now mostly so it does not just sit uselessly in my fridge.
