i have been weight training for about 6 years now i' ve been stuck at 170 for the past 2 years i dont know much about steriods, i have a good diet i consume 3-4 egg whites in morning w/ yoguart and cheese, eat my red meat or tuna at lunch and chicken for dinner between all these meals i take my protien shakes, I play pro baseball and my friend is the one that told me about deca 300 i'm just not sure how much and when i should take it. or what i should stack w/ it. and i'm 24 years old

doesnt pro baseball test now? If that were the case deca would be a HUGE no no. Try something with a shorter halflife like Tren. I love tren. But your juice of choice will vary depending on your goals. Deca can be in your system fror over a year.

This is a bit of a general question that you will receive about 500 different answers to. You need to let us know a little more about your training program, your bodyfat, and most importantly your goals. Are you looking for speed, strength, endurance, mass, etc. ? Each AAS has a different goal that it is best suited for. Just because someone recommended Deca doesn't mean you should run out and use it. For instance, lets say you take 600mg a week....in a few weeks your girlfriend is going to be very dissapointed when your "little bat" is more like a small piece of string. Did that get your attention? :D

Give us more info, and we can give better advise.

I agree, Deca would be a very bad choice because it sticks around the body for so long. If you can find it, Oral Turinabol would be a good choice because it leaves the body within a few days, has very high anabolic to androgenic ratio, and is a proven athletic enhancer as the former DDR showed. Since it is unlikely you will find it, you may want to do some research on what other more readily available steroids have similar properties.
 
Deca on its own would be a no-no. Only use Deca if you are stacking with something else and what you should stack with depends on your goals!!

If you dont know the basics about AAS then its probably good advice to say just dont do it! Take some time to learn about the gear and what it does and how different types and preparations work.

There are a lot of pitfalls. dont rush into anything and dont take advice from people who dont have a clue either! This friend of yours may have good intentions but how would you feel if you lose your hair, your job and (as Kemo says) your bedroom abilities? I am not joking bro.

Post some info on your goals and take time to read the advice form these good bro's right here. they know their stuff!!!! :cool:
