i have been weight training for about 6 years now i' ve been stuck at 170 for the past 2 years i dont know much about steriods, i have a good diet i consume 3-4 egg whites in morning w/ yoguart and cheese, eat my red meat or tuna at lunch and chicken for dinner between all these meals i take my protien shakes, I play pro baseball and my friend is the one that told me about deca 300 i'm just not sure how much and when i should take it. or what i should stack w/ it. and i'm 24 years old
