mixing creatine and glutamine

I believe you can mix the two ingredients. They are two totally different substances; one that naturally occurs in your body and one that you can obrain from poultry, meat, and fish so why would they contradict each other?

Creatine pre workout and glutamine post workout is what I do.
This is also an option.

I think it just matters which works for you. I personally mix those two together and it seems fine.

This form of "competitive antagonism" is another means by which supplement producers micromanage metabolic processes, bc in doing so, it enables them to isolate a specific physiologic event as if no other factors are involved in the final outcome (such as ATP production) AND thereafter cite their postulate as "evidence" to justify the use, pro or con, of certain products.

To that end I've no doubt this "vacuum concept" of human physiology has sold A LOT of supplements!

just want to restate that glutamine is pretty well known to be worthless as a supplement for any muscle or physique benefits. I think the only data they have on it showing it does something is gut health and immune system. Your body can make all the glutamine it needs.

Even though glutamine is abundant in SKM and elsewhere, is an integral component of multiple metabolic processes, from the Krebs cycle to CNS neurotransmitter anabolism, the fact it's readily available in multiple food sources, and is NOT an essential AA limits its utility as a NEEDS basis supplement
