mixing creatine and glutamine

Does anyone here mix these. I read not to but do u think it matters? I've been doing it post workout for convenience

I mix them along with beta alanine, arginine, BCAA's, electrolytes, and bunch of other goodies. I consume the mix pre, intra, and post workout... Works great for me. Never heard not to mix together.

I did read in muscular developement that they do fight for the same receptors in the body!! So to take them a few hours apart. But i dont actually know how serious that is. So i would say if you think its working then keep mixing them:)

Right this if what i was getting at. That's what i had read also

There have been several articles written about creatine and AAS synergy
"Creatine and AAS, A Match Made in Anabolic Heaven" was the article I read. I take creatine on cycle and don't need to take glutamine seperately as most good protein powders contain it already. To each his own I suppose :)

Scientifically based articles, I'm not aware of any but I'd like to review that which your referring to, providing it's not some blog or forum based opinion which inferes or contends the anecdotal experience is synonymous with "evidence".

Good luck bc legitimate evidence of this nature will be hard to find.

Why in part bc the creatine
non-responder rate exceeds that of responders in every study I've seen and researchers would have to take this fact into account.

To mix or not to mix is relatively moot bc what's much more important is whether or not either make a difference as PEDs for those using AAS, and for what it's worth that's unlikely IMO.
I was under the impression creatine was more important while on cycle. Is this incorrect?

You're right doc. It wasn't scientifically based and seemed more bro science. I probably read what I wanted to hear because I was taking creatine on cycle instead of being unbiased.

I don't know if it's more important or not. The gains will come on cycle if diet and training are on point whether or not creatine is used. Does it amplify results while on cycle or do we just hold even more water? Not sure bro

Well that's an honest answer at least. I had read on steroidology I think that creatine supplementation was important on cycle as we depleat our creatine reserves in the muscles quicker. I'm probably not working it the same and may have misinterpreted it but that's what I took from an article on tren. But I am by no means a Dr a scientist or in any other way an expert
