Meal prepping. What are you guys eating??

im going to try this meal prepping thing out since it's basically all I have left to try. I eat pretty clean (I think). Yet. The only gains I make are on my waist. I'm 185 5'9 no idea the percentage but def not a good one. so I'm going to give this a real shot starting Monday. I spend a lot of time in my truck for work (pick up truck) right now my only microwave will be the Miami sun shinning through my window. I'd like some input as to what can be eaten and at what times that works for you guys. I know we're all different but again I just want to hear what you guys are doing do food. Thanks in advance

I spend a lot of time in my work Truck too. I just find any gas station to microwave my meals up.
I bring two meals with me to work.

Meal#1: Microwavable rice cups
Frozen broccoli
Grilled chicken,

Meal #2 mashed sweet potato
Frozen broccoli
Chicken
I don't prep breakfast or dinner. My best advise would be to just keep it simple.
Thanks brother. Appreciate the input. I'm going to jumping on a cycle soon and want to be on point this time around.

Every day I wake up 30 min earlier so I can prep my food while I'm drinking my morning shake. Only meal prep one days worth of food. This is my meal plan right now, easy and cheap 5k calories;)

Meal 1 07.00
Oats, protein powder, whole eggs, peanut butter, yogurt and milk. Throw it in the blender

Meal 2 10.00
Ground beef, potatoes and veggies

Meal 3 13.00
Pulled pork, pasta and tomato sause

Meal 4 16.00
Oats, protein powder, whole eggs, peanut butter, yogurt and milk. Blend

Meal 5 19.00
Chicken, rice and veggies

Meal 6 21.00
Scrambled eggs and rye bread

You dont need hot food to eat, but if it's that important, get a portable microwave for your car. Instead of eating so many "real" meals, you can try to bring alot of shakes with you in your car if that makes it easier for you.

The reason your getting a stomach is because you have a sedentary lifestyle. I sit on my ass for 8 hours a day to, but I work out 1.5 hours a day and jog 30 min to an hour everyday to + I try to walk everywhere instead of driving.

Lots of ground Turkey, Jasmine rice. I prefer chicken thighs over breast for taste and moistness. Beans, broccoli, shrimp sweet potato. Breakfast is oatmeal and a blender bottle of protein.

I prep several days of food in advance.

Cook up chicken breasts with jasmine rice, red potatoes or afredo/spaghetti Sunday night. Throw it all together as meals and grab it for lunch the morning.
Frozen Fruit, egg white, and yogurt smoothie for breakfast. I make that the night before as well since I practically roll out of bed into my car.:p

I make a bunch of chicken breast soaked in franks wing sauce then white rice from good ol uncle Ben, then sautéed broccoli and mushrooms!!! Fucking delishous and sometimes I treat myself to whataburger spicy ketchup with my chicken

My meal plan is boring as shit, but I've lost 20 pounds since I started on it. I make my lunches for the workweek every Sunday, which usually consists of whole grain rice, grilled chicken breast and/or salmon, and steamed broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. Cheap and easy to make.

Breakfast is three or four hardboiled eggs (also made on Sunday) and a bowl of oatmeal, or a Cliff bar if I'm feeling lazy.

Luckily for me, my wife is a stay-at-home mom and is insanely health conscious, so dinner is almost always something healthy... but usually just as boring as my lunches. Can't really complain.

I've been eating lean ground turkey, lean ground beef, chicken breasts, sweet potatoes, brown rice, broccoli, and green beans.

I try to keep cooking to a minimum, I just don't like the time it takes. So for chicken I get the cooked kind from Costco, they come in about 100 g pieces, it has some more sodium in it compared to if you were to cook fresh chicken breast but not that bad overall. I also drink egg whites from the carton. Uncle Bens microwavable rice or equivalent. Oats and water microwaved. I buy those large frozen fruit bags and microwave individual portions to thaw them, or frozen veggie bags when trying to cut. So really the prep for me is microwaving at the most.

im in test prep so for the next 10 days chicken egg whites aspragus. cant wait to load up on some carbs and sodium OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

When meal prepping grilled chicken and turkey breast are the easiest least expensive options. make chicken all at once, cut into bite sized pieces and put in large container for week, each day i dish out my servings in individual meals adding veggies, rice or potatoes.
you can also bake sweet potatoes in large batches and leave in fridge, the actually get better and insanely sweet from sitting cooked in fridge
