im going to try this meal prepping thing out since it's basically all I have left to try. I eat pretty clean (I think). Yet. The only gains I make are on my waist. I'm 185 5'9 no idea the percentage but def not a good one. so I'm going to give this a real shot starting Monday. I spend a lot of time in my truck for work (pick up truck) right now my only microwave will be the Miami sun shinning through my window. I'd like some input as to what can be eaten and at what times that works for you guys. I know we're all different but again I just want to hear what you guys are doing do food. Thanks in advance
