Many German Driada Buyers report issues with Police/Customs!

Did really so many people pay by bank transfer?
At least a private BTC wallet (not an exchange) is somewhat safe as in they can't link it directly to a person.

Yeah, my neighbour paid via bank transfer. How high is the probability for him getting busted anyways, even if he did not order from Driada?

Even then, how can they prove you own the wallet?
It's like putting cash in a random wallet on the street that cannot be found.

- Click on Buy Monero, you will be greeted by a window like this. In your case you will have to Login Via Email and do a super quick verification for DFX.swiss. Just add your details and upload a picture of your ID. Its a swiss site, they wouldnt even give out your Information when threatened. Also since its Monero you are buying, the Wallet you send the XMR to when Paying has no Idea where its coming from. Verification takes 2-3min max.

Bitcoin has a log history of EVERY SINGLE TRANSACTION ever made.
Most Krypto Websites like Kraken/Binance/ect are forced to give out information who owns the wallet, also they are not allowed to sell/trade Monero since its not tracable (so anonymous they had to ban it lol).
So if you buy BTC, send it to your Hardware wallet and then pay with it, its still super easy to trace back. BTC is only anonymous when bough with cash and when you took good care to never send to or recieve from a wallet linked to you.

I know, I'm just thinking how can they prove that you own said hardware or software wallet?
It's basically sending money from your bank (exchange) to a person/wallet that they cannot find/connect to you, they see it but can't prove it's you. "It's probably you owning it" isn't a proof in my humble opinion.
Maybe a lawyer would be needed to explain.
