Making the switch to powerlifting, Gobuckeyes 2017 log

EQ takes a little longer to kick in. For me it didn't take as long as some people. I also didn't get the huge appetite that some get from running EQ. I love EQ. I want to get some bold cyp.
I figured I'd start with EQ And see how I like it before I try to find a different ester of it. I've seen bold cyp before but it's been awhile.

Maybe after this cycle I'll try NPP or deca. Idk tho, they have never been that appealing to me
 
Bench press day, worked up to 3x3 295. I wanted to go higher but didn't have a spotter. There was no one at the gym to asks either, just the girl up front. I'll use the smith machine next time if I have to, I don't want to tho. I can't wait for my shit to get here, I'm like a kid on Christmas. Only thing that sucks is I lost $30 in bitcoins from the time I bought them till I got them. The price had dropped that much. I fucking hate/love bitcoins. Love the ease of them, hate the voilatilty of them.
 
Having horrible luck with cars. That mercury I got broke down last week. It has to many issues to list but it's over $1000 to repair it. I was given a 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee by family for free with a bunch of new parts, tires, power steering pump, shocks n more. But it broke down yesterday and looks like I need a fuel pump. Now my vacation is in jeopardy bc of repair costs. FML
 
I guess it's the crankshaft n a sensor. It's getting no spark or fuel. I hope to God that's it bc I can't afford to get a fuel pump also. If this would have happened last week I would have, but then I wouldn't have ordered my cycle lol

Don't use the smith machine. Set up in the power rack with the safeties if you need to.
 
I'll risk death benching without a spot before using a smith machine.



Can you hit parallel in that rack? I can't.
I can hit parrell, it's lower than what you think. I'm also 6-1 so I'm not going as low as someone shorter than me. You definitely are not going ATG with it. I wish we had something different but this gym is only $10 a month. It's close to my job, open 24 hrs. There r better gyms but a lot are not open when I go to the gym.

That sounds about right with the one at my gym. We have that rack and a real one. A lot of average and short people use the one like that and squat a mile high. I think if I was 2-3" taller I could hit parallel with it. Does everyone not tall squat high there?

Yes, it pisses me off too bc almost everybody half squats at my gym. Only me and a couple other people, maybe 3 that I've seen. Actually hit depth.
 
I had a shit workout this morning. I feel weak. I'm going to start eating more and probably stop this intermittent fasting or at least tweak it some. I look leaner and look good for vacation but I feel like a pussy. Fuck this, I like feeling strong lol

Dieting and maintaining or gaining strength can be hard. with the Intermittent fasting, are you eating the same amount of calories/macros as you were when you werent doing IF?

I though I was but then I started tracking them again this week. I'm about 500-750 under where I was. I started eating more during my eating time but not enough to offset it.
