I started doing those mobility drills this morning plus foam rolling. Good thing is I have full mobility in my knee. It just hurts, strange thing I found out is my left ankles mobility sucks, but it's my right knee that hurts. I've broke both ankle multiple times also. I started trying to fix my squat this morning also. I have a habit of leaning on the balls of my feet or almost on my toes sometimes. I know that's not good, so I'm working on mid foot.No problem. I had a similar issues a few years ago. I started doing those mobility drills and box squats and I've been good ever since.
