Low T3...also low Iron, Iron Saturation and Ferritin

I've seen a lot of posts about T3 but mostly supplementation for a cut, nothing about just low T3. So I'm wondering if my TSH, T4, T3 Uptake and Free T3 are all good, what to do about low T3? Reduce Levothyroxine a little and add T3? (note: my previous TSH was high I believe to HGH and I have upped my Levothyroxine since bringing it within range)

Regarding Iron Panel I've seen a post with low Ferritin and normal Iron Saturation but in my case both are low and so is Iron. Do I just supplement Iron?

Any insight is appreciated and let me know if there are any other markers I should provide and I can find the latest.

edit: CBC
CRP

Ferritin can be low due to increased erythropoiesis.
Iron can be low due to inflammation.
WBC, HGB, neutrophil?

What is your AAS load?

Are you on any drugs?
What is your diet?
225mcg Levothyroxine

15mg Cilnidipine
20mg Telmisartan

Nexlizet (10 ezetimibe + 180 Bempedoic acid)
2mg Pitavastatin

Eat pretty healthy, low to no added sugar, track calories every day, just finishing a cut.

Hgb and hct looks fine surprisingly.
I'd say you can just add iron.
Perfect! I'll try that first.
Any insight on the T3 issue? The thyroid info is a bit convoluted (to me) so if not I understand.
I appreciate you taking the time to look at my labs and provide insight into the Iron Panel!

No way for me to know what your diet is like from that description.
People call healthy and clean different things.
How much bioavailable heme iron do you get in? Healthy fats etc.

Sorry I'll add more detail.
I average 2,100 calories (270 protein, 70 fat, 125 carb) but coming off that cut now.
Consists of boneless skinless chicken thighs, 2 eggs and whey protein...blueberries, apple, greens...olive oil
Let me know if you need more detail.

If I go back to my app it looks like around 5-10mg of iron per day. Not sure if those foods are providing bioavailable heme iron or not but I just ordered Proferrin Clear Heme Iron Polypeptide.

You may wnat to up your iron comsumption. Just becasuse you are taking it in does not mean it being absorbed. which your blood work seems to point to being short on.

I’ve been dealing with iron issues for months.
I have a big post about it. It can take a long time to fix it, especially in gear/TRT users

Personally my labs were all completely fine
EXCEPT - MCHC, iron saturation, ferritin, & copper. Those kept being all over the place.

My ferritin was sub 15 for almost a year. Saturation was all messed up.
Just got my ferritin up to 30+ recently after months.

Turns out my body had a copper deficiency which has a direct effect on your iron and can throw a lot of that stuff off. Very worth checking copper.
And donating blood just trashed my ferritin in the beginning of the year. So I’m avoiding that.

My Hematologist said take iron every other day. Daily can actually throw off absorption. Yada yada
So I’ve been doing 2mg copper, full spectrum minerals nightly + all my other supplements.

& 65mg (elemental iron) every other night

Unfortunately I don’t take any other meds for anything else. And I have no clue what some of those drugs you mentioned do. Other than
ezetimibe & telm.

My body also can’t handle gluten well, not celiac as of now. But I believe that also inhibited any iron absorption in my body mixed with the copper issue. Stomach issues can cause iron problems. As well as the anabolics naturally pulling from ferritin etc to create red blood cells.
