[Seeking advice] Blood work review

Hello team,

I got my bloodwork done before starting TRT dose of 200mg per week of Test Enanthate. I plan to do 2x weekly injections, 100mg per shot. I am also planning to add Oxandrolone towards the end of 2nd month for 4-6 weeks. I am seeking guidance on how to bring E2, prolactin and ferritin within range and cruise through the TRT protocol.

I see that E2, prolactin, LDL, ferritin is above the reference range along with few markers in the CBC panel. The Vitamin D reading and TSH secretion is low. I currently feel slightly bloated.

Appreciate your valuable inputs, thank you.

Taking anything other then test for your TRT negates the meaning of TRT. Congrats. You are about to start a cycle.

What's your age, body weight, height?
Training and diet habits? Any alcohol, smokes or drug usage?
Plan on having any kids?
Experiencing any symptoms of low test?

Your intro post dont really say anything.

With your testosteron already being at 627ng/d/ your are at a good level. Of course adding test will help to build muscle, but know that you will stop your own production of test and before getting off you need to plan ahead.

@bate

Adding requested details:
1. 26 yrs, 77kg, 175cms
2. No meat, 5-6 eggs per weeks
3. No drug usage
4. In August my test result came as 420ng/mdl and E2 at 50. I tried HCG for 2 weeks and then test bumped to 627 mg/dl in my October blood work. I observed E2 increased from 50 to 59 now and prolactin surged from 10 to 19. I feel bloated and found that I gained some more fat on belly and trunk area. Feeling lethargic since more than 1-2 years, reduced concentration. I see my muscle mass has also reduced in last few years and unable to lose fat mass from trunk area. I have been working out diligently in the gym, but barely any outcome since 3-4 years of self training. I have been feeling slight increase in strength though after taking HCG for 2 weeks last month(total 10k IUs).

I decided to take exogenous T to improve my day to day life and well being.

Hope this answers what you requested, let me know if you need any more detail.

Thank you

i think ill refer you to Nutrition / Supplements Forum

you have extremely healthy bloodwork as a 26 year old.

im totally against jumping on testosterone if you dont need it to compete or because old age is getting you. but many guys in here are on testosterone just for the thrills of blasting without any good reason so you'll probably find a decent answer from someone else than me if you're looking for it

get free t4, free t3, reverse t3 bloodwork because your tsh is way too high.

I am considering you suggestion to stay off exogenous testosterone for now

Do you have any pointers on the high E2, prolactin, LDL, ferritin ? If you know any good quality discussion thread on the forum, that would also help

Im curious. What do you think the highest level is where you would still consider trt? I'm 530ng/dl and that's with every supplement and lifestyle on point. All other markers were smack dab in the middle range as well..

I'm 31 about to jump on because I'm hoping I'll feel really good from it and I want the gains plus my gf and I gave up hope of kids and owning a home. This world is falling apart faster then we can keep up..

Anyways, do you still think that is foolish? I would imagine feeling alot better if I double my testosterone lol
