Anyone ran this?
My cousin bought it and we started running it last week.
I have some opinion it but want to hear from others and run it a while longer myself before I draw any conclusions.

I'll pm the template if anyone wants to look at it. Don't feel I should share it in the open since I guess Eric makes money off it.
 
I wouldn't mind having a look at the program if you don't mind PMing it to me. I don't know anything about it or anyone that's run it.

Don't they train pretty low frequency? Like squat one week and deadlift the next?

Idk about his peaking program but the off season one , you squat and deadlift every week, alternating heavy squat with light deadlift.one week vs the opposite combo the next week. I'll shoot you the program via pm if I can attach PDF and Excel sheets.
 
I had to stop the program for now. I'm still training but my workouts are restricted to mornings before work right now. Most of these workouts are 1.5 hours plus, and I can only lift for about an hour. Getting up at 530 every morning to lift.

I like the program, and should be able to get back to it in a few weeks. But I won't bother running it if i can't commit to doing it exactly as written.
