I've been running a low fat diet for 11 weeks now. Was on Keto for I think 7 years. I track everything. Inherently take in a LOT of potassium with the low fat diet. Knowing this upfront I upped my sodium also. I am around 5400 MG of potassium and 1800 sodium, so 3:1 which I thought was good. Got labs done last week and my sodium and chloride is through the floor. I should have put 2 and 2 together with the bloat. I assumed some from the diet switch. I had some that went away but came back. It's because I need more sodium. So labs are good for running gear but also general diet stuff. I ended up picking up Sodium Chloride supplement to make it easier. Hopefully I'll see some of this fluff drop also.
