Recomp to be biggest dad in town

So she said clinically she doesn't have any concerns at the level my ldl is at. My cholesterol ratio is within range and she said my overall risk factor is less than 1.5%. Only thing she recommended was red yeast rice to add to supplements
Do a search on the forum for links to the most recent data on impact of LDL lowering on heart disease. An LDL over 100 especially for someone using PEDs is not a good idea.

Proceed at your own risk. You will find a lot of idiotic takes about statin use (like the post above mine) but everyone can do what they choose.

Just out of curiosity did you mention to the doctor that you have used / plan to use PeDs?

I get it, i'm just gonna stay on trt for a while then and adjust my diet a little more and see where i can get over the next few months, she did have some older bloods in the past where i had been at 160 and 180 6-7 years ago, shit eating, drug use and alcohol so am going in the right direction. i do agree with the lower the better with ldl

Definition of BS.....?
That you MUST take a statin for an ldl of 130, without knowing family CVD risk px.

There are measures you can take and diet and exercise adjustments you can make like more cardio, that can help lower that marker before taking ANOTHER med.

But you see, brosience dicates more drugs, aka polypharmacy in order to fix shit.

Take ALL the drugs!

I am the last person to blindly trust doctors, but gumrat doctors are the worst
