Recovering from surgery for 2 more months. Been out the gym for a month and a half now. Was about 210 when I injured myself. I'm down to 200 lbs now. I'm running my trt at 200mg e7d. I'm big on drinking raw eggs. When I blast I consume upwards of 20 a day. Any suggestions on what I can do while not training, in regards to diet?
