Getting thicker, I must say.


The cut, progress
Currently at 77.5kg, but honestly not putting a lot of effort in since I'm pretty much there; still enjoying myself here and there.

That said, the body dysmorphia has hit hard and I'm seriously thinking of dropping to 75kg before starting the next phase (so about 2-3 weeks max, since I'll be back home tomorrow)

Tennis elbow is about 95% healed, which gets me beyond excited for whats to come because I've been battling this thing for over 5 months now.

If any of you guys ever get TE these therabars are an absolute must; 3 x 15-25 daily pretty much healed me in about 4 weeks.

Food looks awesome too, this is the last week of cutting for me.. next week I'm going for vacay and visiting my family too and when i come back I'll start the rebound. Finally it's time for some carbs..

Holy fcking hell, that’s a damn masterpiece.
I’m sitting here like, what the actual fck… absolute insanity.

That’s not just a back, that’s a fcking wall of muscle - if I saw this in the gym, I’d probably just rerack my weights and go home.
Straight-up legendary sht right here.
 
By the way, that’s a really solid gym you’ve got - I’d enjoy training there for sure. Funny enough, in the States it’s surprisingly hard to find a good one. I went through five or six gyms before I finally found a spot with the right vibe and equipment that actually makes you want to show up.

Thanks brother! I feel that back is such a LARGE muscle and that's why it takes a while for some people to develop (there's also muscle insertion, etc...). I've always stuck to one vertical pull/one horizontal pull + additional type of row.

FINALLY TIME TO BUILD SOME MASS BRO, just leave some for the rest of us cause' you already took most, haha. It's going to be very difficult to transition (mentally) after having gotten this lean but you gotta stay strong brother.

It most certainly is! I go back to my poverty gym in the city today but we also have amazing gyms that I plan to visit and work out at here and there.

Bodybuilding is such a serious sport here and we have tons of specialty gyms that are loaded with expensive equipment; you've seen nothing. There's a gym close to my parent's that has an ENTIRE floor dedicated for each body part.

Based on the script style in your photo, I'd guess somewhere in the
Jordan/Syria/Lebanon area?

I've always been jealous of the availability of cheap, pharma gear in the Middle East, especially in areas like Iran/Dubai/UAE.

It seems like the Middle East has an unusually large number of successful + huge BB'ers relative to their population. Probably a combo of genetics and gear access I'd wager.

Nope, it just kinda comes out that way. Glad it puts a smile on your face, brother. I just see the work you’re putting in, and that energy comes through in the words. People can say whatever they want about “not natty” or gear, but none of that replaces the insane amount of effort and discipline you’ve put in. That grind is unreal, and it shows.

I'm finally "settling in" again; I've been EXHAUSTED since I got back home, lots of stuff to go over and fix. Good news is there are no damn flies anymore! Thank god, lol. I was so stressed out over this.

I'm currently eating around 2150 calories; it's a bit low, but actually not as low as I normally go (I don't need to go low, but I like cutting in a massive deficit)

I'll probably drop 1-1.25kg per week on this.

Also, got me a real nice pill organizer set (2 of them)

2 whole eggs w/ 33g Kashkaval cheese, 2 pieces of toast, and 0% greek yogurt with berries. Approx 550 calories, 41g protein

Ninja creami ice cream; 2 scoops protein cookie dough white chocolate bueno flavor, 200ml 0% milk, bit of caramel mix and powdered peanut butter + 50g cherries. 430 calories, 55g protein.

This is absolutely delicious and it takes me a good 15-20 minutes to finish.

Meal 4
250g (raw weight) chicken and 0% yogurt with cherries. 450 calories, 70g protein.

Straight from the pan cause' I'm a menace.

I also tried batch cooking my chicken in the oven as opposed to the air fryer, and I must say the difference is MASSIVE. Oven chicken takes longer to cook, so it's much more difficult to overcook but it's SO MUCH easier to brown on the outside; the chicken came out with CRISPY exterior but remained tender (pulled it out at 155f).

No, but Aburaihan is widely available here (Iranian pharma test E). We do have Nebido and Susta if you can get a doctor to prescribe them for you (which isn't very hard), but why bother? lol

oh yeah, im kinda mad i didnt bring more with me but i bought 20 ampoules of primo and i dont dare take more with me back through the airport this summer. lebanon primobolan is dirt cheap

It's been a minute; I'm finally settled at home, it was a rough week.

Still dieting down some, expecting the be around 76.00Kg or under by Friday this week. I have decided to start the next growth phase on Saturday the 16th, regardless of bodyweight.

I had a refeed this past Friday at around 770g carbs and 4500 calories (I had a bowl of protein cookie dough at the end, so prob 5000 cals).

I also did 6iu of Humalog with every single meal (totaling 30 units of slin)
